My name is Pam, and I am a satisfied TSS product user from Southern California. I started on the TSS program on April 18th, 2009. I have two shakes a day, replacing my breakfast and my dinner. I’ve been on diets, and have tried many shakes, so I just didn’t know if replacing two of my meals was something I was going to be able to do for very long. It’s been about 7 weeks now, and I am STILL drinking two shakes a day for breakfast and dinner, and am extremely satisfied! I’m shocked!! I love the program. Nothing has worked like this for me before.
Most people are concerned with the number that is on the scale. That’s how we know we have lost weight. However, I have discovered that on TSS it’s not all about the scale, but the way you look and feel as well.
I was not very good at keeping a record of my weight when I started on the TSS Program. However, I would tell you that by guessing on how I looked and felt, and the way my clothes fit, that I had lost at least 10 lbs.
I was a Jenny Craig member for a couple of years. I go back to visit once in awhile to see my consultant because we have become friends. So I went in to Jenny Craig to see if I was in about the same time I started ViSalus. We looked it up, and I was weighed in the week before. So I got on the scale expecting to see 10 lbs gone. Well, I was wrong, it was about 5.4 lbs. I couldn’t believe it. It’s never about the number on the scale! Now I make sure to tell my customers to measure as well as weigh. I’ve realized how important before and after pictures are.
These shakes are so amazing, that with all the inches and weight I have lost, I have been able to keep my muscle mass, and all that’s important. My bones are stronger because of the milk I have in my shake twice a day, that I haven’t had in many years because I am not a milk drinker.
I am almost 39 years old, and I don’t remember a time that I have felt so good and have been so happy with the way that I look. It really has changed my life, and I want to show everyone else how it can change theirs too!!!

We’ve all heard that breakfast is the ‘most important meal of the day.’ Yet almost half of all Americans don’t eat breakfast each day! Of those that do eat breakfast, the nutrition tends to be high carbohydrate and low on key nutrients that can help you feel great all day.
Not eating breakfast can slow your metabolism. Just as you can’t ‘train’ a car to run without gas, we cannot train our body to run without fuel. By not eating breakfast (after having had dinner the night before), our body will have gone for 10-15 hours without ‘fuel.’ This can cause your metabolism to slow down, as the body tries to maintain weight, which can affect your ability to lose or maintain weight. Studies also show that those people who do eat breakfast tend to eat less throughout the day, and are on average thinner and healthier.
So we know that breakfast is important, but equally important is what type of “fuel’ you put in your body to start the day. When ViSalus launched a series of new Compensation Plan enhancements, the obvious next question was who would take advantage first? That question has been answered beyond a shadow of a doubt by new Ambassador Bill Hoffmann. Bill and his wife, Anne, have recently shattered perhaps the most revered record in the ViSalus community, reaching the position of Ambassador in just 17 days!
We recently caught up with Bill as he was enjoying quality time with his family, and he took a moment to share with us what makes ViSalus so special, and how he was able to reach the top.
Q: How were you able to build your business so quickly to Ambassador?
Hoffmann: For starters, I sampled $2,000 worth of product. The March to a Million is more than a cause, it’s an extremely effective way to build a business. Next, I found 3 key people who had goals as big as I did. I know I can’t do it all myself, so it was important to find key leaders who could follow the ViSalus system. All the pieces are in place with Vi-Net and the Share DVD, so all I did was use those resources and teach my team to do the same. I wish I could tell you there was some big strategy that took all my years of experience, but ViSalus really makes it simple. I just Shared, I didn’t have to do much more.
Q: To share $2,000 worth of samples you must have talked to hundreds of people. How do you find key leaders in a group that large?
Hoffmann: The thing about leaders is that they have a way of finding you and making their presence known. What’s important is to let everybody with a desire have the tools they need to succeed, and the true leaders will emerge. It’s also important, and this is true at every level of our business, to work with like-minded people. Don’t focus on the “no’s.” Sure we have a wonderful offering at ViSalus, but it may not be the right time for everybody. “No’s” will happen, and when they do, just move on and spend your energy on the people who are ready to go today.
Q: What excites you most about ViSalus?
Hoffmann: The Culture. The three Founders of this company have developed a family-like atmosphere unlike anything I’ve seen before in this industry. Everybody helps everybody be better than they could be on their own. I know that I was only able to accomplish what I have so far because of the Ambassadors who paid the price and paved the way for me. Those are the pioneers of this company and the foundation of my success, and the success of anybody who comes after me.
